Dear Rehana, thank you for a truly incredible workshop. Rarely do I have time to reflect or reconnect with my inner self. This workshop has helped me unlock and face many of the uncertainties, challenges and over analysing I tend to do as I continuously second guess myself. Ending with a mediation was the cherry on the top. Looking forward to a follow-up.
