Providing facilitation support to the project management office in the presidency, responsible for social employment and advocating for the idea of creating work for common good at scale.

Contracted by GIZ for facilitation support to the team at the project management office, in the presidency. Assisted with the design and facilitation of sessions between the PYEI and development partners globally.
TBF facilitated a Development Partner Workshop for GIZ SA. The performance of TBF was outstanding, in preparing / designing the workshop but also in facilitating it and document and secure the outcome of the workshop. With the help of very innovative tools and the empathic and catching way of engagement, TBF brought a very diverse group together at the table and on the same page. Great work. I love working with The Barefoot Facilitator. Specifically the attention to detail in the planning, the creativity infused into technical meetings, the focus on making sure everyone is taking along the journey and the useful insights on how to deliver our work in ways that are meaningful to our targeted beneficiaries. I have only experienced meetings in the mural format and would love to explore other types of facilitation for meetings e.g. for some of our steerco meetings where we need people to solution together in organic way. Otherwise, very happy!
