The Advancing Inclusive Just Energy Transition training and learning exchange, hosted by UNDP in partnership with WE Connect, is a full-day event aimed at empowering women in the renewable energy sector. The event brings together public and private sector stakeholders, as well as civil society representatives, to deepen their understanding of renewable energy value chains and enhance their access to opportunities in education, job placement, career advancement, mentorship, and capital funding.

The session includes activities like journaling and pair exchanges to encourage reflection and connection. A key highlight is the Marketplace of Opportunities, where participants engage in discussions across four areas: education, career advancement, entrepreneurship, and funding opportunities. The day also features deep dives into the renewable energy value chain, with insights from sector experts. The event fosters collaboration, providing a platform for networking and creating pathways for greater inclusion and leadership in the renewable energy sector.
