The five-day programme brings together key stakeholders to assess and advance the BCMM Title Deed Reform Programme, with a focus on the Smart Integrated Masterplan (SIM) and its impact. The first three days involve a mix of site visits, stakeholder engagements, and strategy development. Participants will visit key sites in Mdantsane, Parkside, Parkridge, and Buffalo Flats to understand the challenges and opportunities in title deed issuance. Throughout the week, there will be sessions to reflect on these visits, provide updates on SIM progress, and align the group on the necessary steps forward, including BCM's Exco meeting and a dedicated discussion on the BCM Title Reform Programme.

The final two days will concentrate on strategic planning for the 2024 calendar year. This includes developing a clear Programme of Action and addressing any gaps in the reform process. The week concludes with a session to consolidate the discussions, highlight the key action points, and align stakeholders on next steps. The programme will close with a reflection on the outcomes and a farewell, ensuring all parties are aligned and committed to advancing the BCMM Title Deed Reform Programme.
